1. Overview: This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited uses of the CompliWizard Service. By using our Service, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates this AUP.

2. Prohibited Conduct:

   • (a) Illegal Activity: You must not use the Service to violate any law, statute, regulation, or industry standards.

   • (b) Personal Data Entry: You must not input personal or sensitive data, especially that of third parties, without explicit authorization and compliance with GDPR or other privacy laws.

   • (c) Harassment/Hate: You must not use the Service to harass, bully, discriminate, or disseminate hateful or unlawful content.

   • (d) Infringement: You must not upload or distribute any material that violates third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

   • (e) Security Violations: You must not attempt to test, probe, or circumvent any security measures of the Service without our express permission.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement: CompliWizard may monitor your use of the Service for compliance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are in violation of this AUP.
